Preschool Ministry

Sunday Morning

The Nursery and Pre-school classes of First Baptist Church Eunice function as a loving environment where children can live and learn about God. Our Sunday school teachers and nursery workers teach children the plan of salvation and the Bible in terms that children will understand. Sunday school starts at 9:00 and from 10:00 - 11:30 we have Extended Session classes for 2 & 3 year olds and 4 & 5 year olds. This class is taught by parents of the children and they are helped by youth workers.

Sunday Night

A nursery is provided on Sunday nights during the worship service and choir practice for children ages newborn - 5 years old.

Wednesday Night (Mission Friends)

Mission Friends is for children ages 4 - 5 years old. In Mission Friends, children begin to understand mission concepts of praying, giving, doing missions, and that everyone needs to know about God's love. Classes for 4 & 5 year olds include group times with mission stories and prayer times. Most of the learning comes from visual aids or hands-on projects. A nursery is provided on Wednesday nights during the worship service for children ages newborn - 3 years old. Mission Friends and the Nursery are from 6:00 to 7:00.
